ALL EMOTIONS ARE WELCOME is the fourth jigsaw puzzle motif I created for puzzle company WillaWunst. Instead of plants and nature like the other puzzles, this once focuses on people and emotion.
The challenge here was that the client didn’t have a clear idea yet of what the puzzle could look like, the brief just contained the idea for a puzzle centering on mental health and emotions, with a loose idea of an ”emotions wheel”. I explored different approaches in the sketch phase, from a type-heavy motif to a simple depiction of different emotions and the claim that all emotions are valid.
