In 2019 I was invited to an event by Etsy Germany where I originally gave a little visitors’ workshop on how to design your own holiday cards with acrylic markers. But once people noticed my love for drawing animals, guests began approaching me with photos of their pets – and what followed was a stream of spontaneous portraits!
Visitors witnessed the process, told me fun details about their dogs and left with small, personal keepsakes. Moments like this show how live illustration can add emotional value to brand events: people don’t just attend – they take something meaningful home with them.
